MEASURING SERVICE

Proper home measurement is an often overlooked facet of home valuation, whether in preparation for sale or for tax assessment purposes.

I have had situations where a property was literally days from closing, only to find out said property was hundreds of square feet smaller than had initially been listed, and with the price not being supported as a direct result. Conversely, I have had instances where a seller was substantially "underselling" themselves, and were pleasantly surprised to find out that their property was hundreds of square feet larger than what they had initially though. 

Measuring a property is a fairly inexpensive service that can be done quickly, and can provide a client with the best data available for market positioning.
